Photographs: 2 recent matt-finished photographs with white background that were taken within the last 6 months covering the full-face including ears and hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5-inch x 2.5 inch size for Biometric Purpose.
Covering Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning their name, address, passport number, employment details, travel date and purpose & duration of visit. It should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’

Documents for Self-Employed/Businessmen:
Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)
Company registration documents. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation need to be done for each applicant.
Personal & company’s ITR for the last 3 years
Original company bank statement for the last 3 months. It should be updated till date and signed/stamped on each page by bank authority.

Invitation letter including the name/passport no .of the invitees and duration/purpose of stay; permanent address and contact no. of the inviting person/company (with company tax number, letterhead, signature, seal/stamp) with a pledge for covering expenses of the trip and for taking responsibility if any.

Note: All documents are mandatory as per this above list. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications result in visa refusal and delays in processing by the embassy consulate. The Embassy may ask for additional documents/personal presence while processing the Visa application/s. In certain cases embassy/consulate may take more processing time.
