SWITZERLAND BUSINESS VISA Mandatory Documents:
Passport: Passport that is valid for at least 3 months after the scheduled return. It should have been issued within the last 10 years and should have minimum 2 empty pages. The passport with any observations regarding the front data page cannot be accepted. Old passports, if any.
Photographs: 2 recent matt-finished photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size.
Application Form: Filled and printed Visa Application Form.
Covering Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning their name, address, passport number, employment details, travel date and purpose & duration of visit. It should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’
Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance that is valid for Switzerland and has minimum coverage of EUR 30,000. It should cover the full duration of stay.
Accommodation: Hotel booking covering the entire stay in the Schengen Country.
Confirmed Air Ticket
Covid Vaccination Certificate with 2 completed doses
Documents for Employed Individuals:
Salary slips for the last 3 months
Personal ITR for the last 2 years. In case the applicants do not have ITR, reason for the same should be mentioned in the covering letter. Form 16 is not acceptable.
Original personal salary credited and saving bank statement for the last 3 months. It should be updated till date and signed/stamped on each page by bank authority.
NOC from employer
Documents for Self-Employed/Businessmen:
Personal & company’s ITR for the last 3 years
Original personal saving bank statement for the last 6 months. It should be updated till date and signed/stamped on each page by bank authority.
Memorandum of Association or Partnership Deed or GST Certificate or Shop Establishment and New Paper Cutting or Trader ID or Commission Proof
Documents from Inviter:
A copy of the invitation letter written in English language from Swiss host/inviting company on its letterhead. It should explain the relation and purpose of the visit. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’.
