Photograph: Two matt-finished, coloured photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photograph should not be older than 3 months. (Tip – Do not wear white-coloured clothes while clicking the photo).
Application Form: A Visa Application Form that is completely filled and signed by the Applicant. (Tip –Use only one pen to fill the form; overwriting /using whitener is not allowed.)
Cover Letter: Covering letter from Applicant addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’ stating name of the applicant, designation, nationality, passport number, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and saying that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne the Applicant. In case applicant is travelling with someone, their name, relationship with the applicant and passport details should be mentioned on the covering letter.
Financial Statement: Updated Bank Statement of the last 3 months for first time travellers. If applicant has traveled to Europe/USA/UK/Australia/New Zealand on a valid passport, then bank statement is not required.

Form V39-A, Letter of Introduction (LOI) required from sponsor along with FIN (Foreign Identification Number)/ NRIC.
