2. Studio Coloured Photograph: 2 Photographs (35X45mm) white background, glossy finish, 80% face cover and not older than 3 months.

3. Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory 

4. Confirmed Air Ticket

5. Application Form: Filled and signed Visa Application Form.

6. Travel Insurance

7. Covid Vaccination Certificate with 2 completed doses

Documents for Employed Individuals:

1. Recent Salary slips (Last 3 months)

2. NOC/leave letter from the employee

3. Last 6 months personal Bank Statements

4. Last 3 years ITR acknowledgement / Form 16 copy

Documents for Self-Employed/Businessmen:

1. Personal and Company's bank statement with for the last 6 months

2. Last 3 years ITR acknowledgement / Form 16 copy

3. Proof of Business i.e. Company registration, Trade License/MOA etc. (optional)

Invitation Letter: Issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs OR Telex message from directly to the embassy Or Invitation letter from Russian company with File number (a clear scanned copy would do on the Russian company Original Invitation Letter letterhead) Invitation fax sent directly to the embassy will NOT be entertained.
