1. Passport: Original Passport with two blank pages and it should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. For passports which were not issued in the jurisdiction areas of the Consulate General in Mumbai, local address proof must be submitted. (Only registered leave and license agreement copy, or registered agreement copy)

2. Photographs: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)

3. Covering Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning their name, address, passport number, employment details, travel date and purpose & duration of visit. It should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’

Documents for Employed Individuals:

1. Last 3 months’ salary slips with letterhead, signature, seal/stamp

2. Personal ITR for the last 3 years. 

3. Original personal salary credited and saving bank statement for the last 6 months. It should be updated till date and signed/stamped on each page by bank authority.

Documents for Self-Employed/Businessmen:

1. Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank)

2. Company registration documents

3. Original company bank statement for the last 3 months. It should be updated till date and signed/stamped on each page by bank authority.

4. Memorandum of Association or Partnership Deed or GST Certificate or Shop Establishment and New Paper Cutting or Trader ID or Commission Proof

1. Invitation letter including the name/passport no .of the invitees and duration/purpose of stay; permanent address and contact no. of the inviting person/company (with company tax number, letterhead, signature, seal/stamp)  with a pledge for covering expenses of the trip and for taking responsibility if any.
