An invitation letter from the Netherlands company stating the applicant’s nationality, designation, passport details, purpose and duration of stay with dates. It should also mention that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the company. A conference invitation letter will be needed if the applicant is visiting to attend a conference. If they are visiting/attending exhibition, an exhibition or visitor pass, stall confirmation etc. will be needed.
Passport: Original Passport that is valid for more than 6 month while entering the Netherlands. Old passports, if any, need to be submitted. In case of misplacement or damage of old passport, same needs to be mentioned in covering letter.
Photographs: 2 glossy-finished photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size.

Registration Proof or Partnership Deed or MOA of the Company.
Licence, Professional Degree Certificate & Association Membership Certificate.
Documents from Inviter:
Invitation letters from the inviter, one addressing the Consulate and the other addressing the applicant with complete Netherlands address and contact number.
Passport and Netherlands Visa copy of Inviter.
Employment proof of Inviter i.e. job confirmation letter and salary slips for 3 months.
Bank statement for 6 months

Note: All documents are mandatory as per this above list. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications result in visa refusal and delays in processing by the embassy consulate. The Embassy may ask for additional documents/personal presence while processing the Visa application/s. In certain cases embassy/consulate may take more processing time.
