NETHERLANDS BUSINESS VISA Mandatory Documents:

  • Passport: Passport that is valid for at least 6 months and has minimum 2 blank pages. Passports issued beyond 10 years. A copy of the 1st page of the passport should be attached. Copy of the 1st page of the passport should be attached. Old passports, if any.

  • Photographs: 2 photographs with white background. It should be a 70-80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size. The photos should not be older than 6 months.

  • Application Form: Filled and signed Visa Application Form.

  • Consent Form: A consent form duly filled and signed by the applicant.

  • Covering Letter: A covering letter from the Indian company on its letterhead stating the applicant’s nationality, designation, passport details, purpose and duration of stay with dates. It should also mention that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the company. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’.

  • Insurance: Medical Insurance policy that is valid for all Schengen-countries and has minimum coverage of EUR 30,000. The policy must clearly specify the period of validity i.e. from date of arrival to departure. Original document along with a photocopy should be submitted.

  • Confirmed Hotel Stay Booking

  • Confirmed Air Ticket

  • Covid Vaccination Certificate with 2 completed doses

Financial Documents:

  • Personal bank statements for the last 3 months.

  • Personal income tax papers/form 16A for the last 3 years.

  • Copy of the applicant’s international credit card.

  • Company’s Memorandum or Partnership Deed or any other Registration Papers

Documents from Inviter:

  • An invitation letter from the Netherlands company stating the applicant’s nationality, designation, passport details, purpose and duration of stay with dates. It should also mention that all the expenses including medical, boarding and lodging will be borne by the company. A conference invitation letter will be needed if the applicant is visiting to attend a conference. If they are visiting/attending exhibition, an exhibition or visitor pass, stall confirmation etc. will be needed.

NETHERLANDS VISIT VISA Mandatory Documents:

  • Passport: Original Passport that is valid for more than 6 month while entering the Netherlands. Old passports, if any, need to be submitted. In case of misplacement or damage of old passport, same needs to be mentioned in covering letter.

  • Photographs: 2 glossy-finished photographs with white background. It should be an 80% face close up and 35mm x 45mm in size.

  • Application Form: Filled and signed Visa Application Form.

  • Covering Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning their complete address and contact number. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on plain paper and for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’.

  • Insurance: Overseas Medical Insurance that is valid for the Netherlands and has minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 and covering full duration of stay.

  • Confirmed Hotel Stay Booking

  • Confirmed Air Ticket

  • Covid Vaccination Certificate with 2 completed doses

Documents for Employed Individuals:

  • Personal Income tax papers for the last 3 years.

  • Original personal bank statement for the last 3 months. It should be original and contain bank seal & signature as well as maintain good credit balance.

  • Salary Slips for the last 3 months.

  • Job Confirmation with leave approval letter.

Documents for Self-Employed/Businessmen:

  • Registration Proof or Partnership Deed or MOA of the Company.

  • Licence, Professional Degree Certificate & Association Membership Certificate.

Documents from Inviter:

  • Invitation letters from the inviter, one addressing the Consulate and the other addressing the applicant with complete Netherlands address and contact number.

  • Passport and Netherlands Visa copy of Inviter.

  • Employment proof of Inviter i.e. job confirmation letter and salary slips for 3 months.

  • Bank statement for 6 months

  • Income tax papers of inviter for 3 months

  • Tenant proof of Inviter

  • Town Hall Certificate

NETHERLANDS TOURIST VISA Mandatory Documents:

Note: All documents are mandatory as per this above list. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications result in visa refusal and delays in processing by the embassy consulate. The Embassy may ask for additional documents/personal presence while processing the Visa application/s. In certain cases embassy/consulate may take more processing time.
