1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach old passports (if any).

2. Croatia Visa Application Form to be duly filled in block letters and signed by the applicant. 

3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% - 90% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).

4. Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Croatia, Delhi.

8. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Croatia.

9. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number.

4. Copy of International Credit Card with three months credit card statement.

Proof of Occupation

1. Employed - Letter by the employer on company's official letterhead mentioning applicant's name, designation, years in service and grant of leave.

2. Business / Self Employed - Visa Request letter on official letter head with company registration papers.

3. Student - Letter from school / university for grant of leave and copy of the valid ID.

Incase of minors : Birth certificate 

1. if minor travelling without parents - original notarized consent of other parent mentioning the length of stay and other details.

2. if minor travelling alone - original notarized letter from both parents.

6. Guarantee letter from the inviting legal person Croatian company.  Original should be deposited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Croatia in Zagreb or enclosed with the application.

Please note: Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if employed.    

5. Letter of invitation from the Croatian relative/friend.

6. Guarantee letter from the Natural person in Croatia stamped by public notary. Original should be deposited in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Republic of Croatia in Zagreb or enclosed with the application.    

7. Proof of identity of the inviting person (passport copy/ID card copy).

8. Proof of family relationship, if applicant is visiting relatives.
