Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

Congo Visa Application Form: Two visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.

Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Congo, New Delhi. Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .

Original Invitation Letter from Congolese host (Family / Friends / Relatives) stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name.

Confirmed Return Air Ticket

Accommodation Proof: Hotel Booking.

Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Congo Republic

Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

Original Covering-Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorised signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Congo, New Delhi. Please note: If employed, a letter in original from your company stating your name, designation, employee code and duration with the company.

Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Congolese host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation 

Personal Last six month bank statements.
