Cape Verde Islands

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps. Attach all your old passports (if any)

2. Cape Verde Visa Application Form duly filled and signed by applicant

3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas

4. Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,The Consulate of the Republic of Cabo Verde, New Delhi. Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .

5. Confirmed Air Tickets

6. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code.

7. Medical: Original and Copy of Yellow Fever Health Certificate (Mandatory)

8. Original Personal bank statement for last 3 months with bank's seal & signature

9. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Cape Verde Islands.

10. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

Proof of Occupation 

For Self Employed: 

1. Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation 

2. Brief Company Profile 

For Employed: 

1. Proof of employment like Salary Slip or Appointment Letter / NOC from Employer

5. Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Cape Verde host / inviting Company is required on letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
