1. Valid Passport: First and last page with a validity of a minimum six months after your planned departure date (color copy).

3. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code.

6. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Canada.

1. Passport: Original passport that is valid for at least 6 months after the scheduled return. Old passports, if any, need to be submitted too.

2. Photograph: 2 coloured photographs with white background. It should have 70-80% face view and should be 35mm x 45mm in size.

3. Covering Letter: A covering letter from the applicant mentioning their name, designation, passport no. and purpose & duration of visit. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on plain paper and for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’.

4. Forms: Filled and signed Visa Application Form with a copy of 2 bar code pages (printout of the page should be clear). Applicants also have to fill and sign family sheet (handwritten sheets should be in black ink). Lastly, a consent form that is duly filled and signed by the applicant.

3. Covering Letter: A covering letter from the company on their letterhead mentioning the applicant’s name, designation, passport no., and purpose & duration of visit. It should be duly signed by an authorised signatory with their name & designation and company seal. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer’.

4. Invitation Letter (Signed by the Company's legal representative) in ENGLISH language, taking responsibility for the visit in Canada and timely return to his/her native country. The invitation MUST include all the details about the Company in Canada [Company name, address, registration number, tax number, etc.]. The invitation should also have all the details of the invitee and include the reason/purpose why the person is going to Canada
