1. Passport copies: Passport first and last page color copy.

2. Photographs: Recent digital Photographs 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face.

3. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code.

4. Confirmed Air Ticket

5. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Cambodia.

6. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

Note: All documents to be shared in clear scanned copies.

1. Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any).

2. Cambodia Visa Application Form duly filled and signed.

3. Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) 

4. Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Royal Embassy of Cambodia, New Delhi. Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .

5. Original personal and Bank Statement for the last six months till date duly signed and stamped by the bank.

6. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code

7. Confirmed Air Ticket

8. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Cambodia.

9. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

5. Invitation Letter from Cambodian host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation

6. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code

7. Confirmed Air Ticket

8. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Cambodia.

9. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number
