Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of The Republic of Burundi, New Delhi. Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
Original Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months with bank seal, signatory's name and sign.
Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code
Confirmed Air Ticket
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Burundi.
Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number
Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.

Note: All documents are mandatory as per this above list. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications result in visa refusal and delays in processing by the embassy consulate. The Embassy may ask for additional documents/personal presence while processing the Visa application/s. In certain cases embassy/consulate may take more processing time.
