1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum six blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

2. Brunei Darussalam Visa Application Form back to back duly filled and signed.

3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). 

4. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Brunei Darussalam High Commission, New Delhi.

5. Confirmed Air Ticket

6. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code

7. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Brunei

8. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

9. Financials: 

a) Personal Bank Statement for last six months.

b) Foreign Exchange receipt or Credit card photocopy with statement of last three months

5. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Brunei host / inviting Company and approval copy from Brunei Immigration Department should be faxed directly to the embassy and a copy to us.

7. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code

8. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Brunei

9. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

7. Medical: Applicant has to go for a Pre-Departure Medical examination from Panel Hospitals

8. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Brunei

9. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number
