1. Passport:  Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)

2. Belarus Visa Application Form form duly filled and signed

4. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) 

5. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Belarus, New Delhi.

6. Invitation letter:  Invitation from the tourist organization of Belarus with tourist voucher or a written invitation by a national of Belarus.

7. Hotel reservation: Hotel booking confirmation on the letterhead of hotel in Belarus.Please pay attention that accommodation booking confirmation must be send to you directly from the hotel on the letterhead by email or fax. If you are renting private APARTMENTS, you have to provide scanned copies which the Landlord should send you by e-mail: booking confirmation; proof that the lessor is the owner of the apartments; certificate of the registration of a private unitary enterprise.

9. Medical: Health insurance which has to be obtained from the Embassy's Medical Panel.

10. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Belarus

11. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

6. Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Belarus host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation. 

7. Incorporation letter of the Belarusian Company is an essential requirement.
