Covering Letter: A covering letter from the employer stating the applicant’s name, passport no., purpose & duration of stay, their tenure as well as details about who is bearing the expenses of the trip. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer"

The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation to The Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission for the People's Republic of Bangladesh, Mumbai.

Board of Investment: Copy of Approval from BOI (Board of Investment) should be directly faxed to the consulate & one copy of the same has to be submitted along with the visa application.
