1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months (from the date of return) and minimum two blank pages (One for sticker, one for border stamps). Copy of the current passport. Attach old passports (if any).

2. One visa application form: Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant.  Applicant's personal mobile number and email ID is mandatory.

8. Covering-Letter :  Covering letter from applicant mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if :Employed and address to The Visa Officer, Austria Embassy, New Delhi.

9. Ticket: Round-trip flight reservations (A detailed itinerary detailing each location to be visited and duration of stay at each location)

10. Hotel Confirmation: Hotel Confirmation including the name of the hotel, address, phone numbers and hotel booking code

11. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Austria

12. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

Financials 

1. Company’s and Personal ITR for last 3 years

2. Three months salary slip with Company seal.

3. Company and Personal Bank Statement for last 03 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, bank seal and signature on all the pages.

Note: Company's financial documents are required in case of self employed.

Proof of Occupation:

Student: 

1. Leave Sanction Letter from school including phone number and address of school 

2. School ID copy OR original Bonafide certificate

Self Employed:

1. Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation 

2. Brief Company Profile 

3. Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director) 

4. Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case applicant is Proprietor / Partner in a firm) 

5. Import / Export License (if applicable) 

Employed:

Original NOC from the employer duly signed by authorized signatory with his name and designation 

In case of Minor:

If the minor is travelling alone then Original notarized NOC by both the parents along with the copies of passport or ID is required. (NOC should be on Rs.100 stamp paper)

If one of parents is accompanying the minor then an Original notarized NOC by the other parent along with the copies of parents passports or ID is required. (NOC should be on Rs.100 stamp paper)

7. Invitation Letter from Austrian host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation and address to The Visa Officer, Austria Embassy, New Delhi.

8. Sponsor Electronic ID Number: Electronic Statement of Guaranty by sponsor (Elektronische Verpflichtungserklärung, EVE) obtained at the Foreigners Registration Office "Fremdenpolizei" in Austria.

9. Confirmed Air Ticket

10. Proof of Accommodation : Hotel confirmation / Guarantee of host company

11. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Austria

12. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

Financials: 

1. Company’s and Personal I.T.R for last 3 yrs

2. Salary slips for last 3 months with company seal.

3. Company and Personal Bank Statement for last 03 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number , seal and signature on all the pages.

5. Mention official email address of the applicant or email address HR department on the application form OR business card mentioning the official email ID of the applicant.

Proof of Occupation for Employed

This category applies to persons who wish to travel to Austria for work more than 90 days up to 6 months. Confirmation of the Labour Market Service (AMS) is required. Applicant will have to provide evidence that he/she falls under this category.

5. Original Passport: 

• its validity shall extend at least three months after the intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States or, in the case of several visits, after the last intended date of departure from the territory of the Member States; 

• it shall contain at least two blank pages; 

• it shall have been issued within the previous 10 years; 

• no alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page 

• Original(s) of previous passport(s) or proof of loss.

6. Two photographs:  Two recent (less than six months old) photograph in color with good resemblance. (3.5cm / 4.5cm). (35 X 45mm), White background,  70-80% face coverage.

7. Cover letter explaining the purpose of the trip and business relation with the Austrian business partner (letter must confirm identity of applicant, place and period of intended stay). Letter should be address to The Visa Officer, Austria Embassy, New Delhi. 

8. Permission by the Austrian Labor Market Authority “AMS” (“Einzelsicherungsbescheinigung”, „Entsendebewilligung“, Anzeigebestätigung etc.), to be obtained by the Austrian employer

9. Letter of support: from the Austrian employer and/or copy of work contract

10. Confirmed Air Ticket

11. Proof of Accommodation : Hotel confirmation / Guarantee of host company

12. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Austria

13. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

Financials:

For Employed:  

1. Salary certificate of the last three (3) months of present occupation and employment contract

2. Original bank statements for the last three (3) months with seal and sign from the bank (not applicable for seasonal workers)

3. ITR for last 3 years

For Self-employed: 

1. A letter from lawyer / chartered accountant / Confirmation of Chamber of Commerce concerning evidence of established business, certificate of registration of company
