Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp 

Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from friend or relative. 

Letter of approval from Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Armenia

Proof of Accommodation

Personal Bank Statement for last six months 

Credit Card Copy / Foreign Exchange endorsement / Traveller’s Cheque

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Armenia

Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number
