Argentina

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum 6 months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps, Passports valid for more than 10 years will not be accepted as the main required travel document with all previous passport. Please note: Attach all your old passports (if any), Handwritten passports and Passports with manual entry or observations concerning  the data pages will not be accepted & Copy of the valid visas (if any).

2. Argentina Visa Application Form: One visa application form to be duly filled & signed by the applicant.

3. Form_255: English translation of visa application form.

4. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size collared photographs with white background and 70% - 80% face coverage (40mm x 40mm).

5. Covering Letter : Original Covering-Letter in English & Spanish language from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number, expenses clause and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai.  Letter should be on business letterhead with company seal in case of self employed.

6. Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking

7. Air Ticket: 2 copies of Return Ticket itinerary.

8. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Argentina

9. Government ID card copy: Pan card/ Aadhar Card copy of an applicant.

10. Refusal letter: If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 2 years: Written explanation about reason for trip and refusal

11. Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing IVS to submit and collect documents.

12. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

Financials: 

1. An original Bank Statement for last six months stating the name & contact number of the Branch Manager with Bank seal. 

2. ITR for last 3 years. 

3. 03 months salary slips with company seal.

Proof of Occupation: 

1. Self Employed: Company registration copy.

2. Employed:  Original leave letter from Employer with leave period, applicant's details and should be signed by authorised signatory with his name, designation and company seal.

3. Student: Leave Sanction Letter from school.

Please note: 

1. Travel dates mentioned in ticket should match with dates mentioned in hotel & covering letter.

2. Travel dates must show departure with the gap of minimum 10 working days from the date of submission of application.

3. It is advisable for applicants to carry an Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) at the time of travel.

6. Invitation Letter: If applicant is invited by Argentine Company he has to submit the original disposition letter as received from Direccion Nacional de Migraciones (DNM), Buenos Aires in its sealed Envelope with addressed to – The Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai. Please Note: Renure number should be mentioned on the invite letter from Argentina. A Legalization Letter from inviting company should also be submitted along with the invitation letter.

Certificate of Incorporation:

1. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation or Registration Certificate of Indian company or Letter of Membership from a recognized Chamber of Commerce address to To, "Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai".

2. Brief Profile of the Indian Company (on Indian Company Letter head) & Spanish translation of brief profile.

Financials:

Passengers in TRANSIT to other destinations, who stay within the premises of the Argentine International Airport for less than 12 hours are not required to have a visa stamped on their passport.
