The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai. Letter should be on business letterhead with company seal in case of self employed.

Air Ticket: 2 copies of Return Ticket itinerary.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Argentina
Government ID card copy: Pan card/ Aadhar Card copy of an applicant.
Refusal letter: If you have been refused a visa by an Embassy or High Commission in the last 2 years: Written explanation about reason for trip and refusal
Authorization Letter: Applicant will have to submit an authorization letter authorizing IVS to submit and collect documents.

An original Bank Statement for last six months stating the name & contact number of the Branch Manager with Bank seal.
ITR for last 3 years.
03 months salary slips with company seal.
Proof of Occupation:
Self Employed: Company registration copy.
Employed: Original leave letter from Employer with leave period, applicant's details and should be signed by authorised signatory with his name, designation and company seal.
Student: Leave Sanction Letter from school.

Invitation Letter: If applicant is invited by Argentine Company he has to submit the original disposition letter as received from Direccion Nacional de Migraciones (DNM), Buenos Aires in its sealed Envelope with addressed to – The Consulate General of Argentina, Mumbai. Please Note: Renure number should be mentioned on the invite letter from Argentina. A Legalization Letter from inviting company should also be submitted along with the invitation letter.
