Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum nine months and minimum three blank pages for visa stamping. Please Note: Attach first & last page of the passport along with all old passports (if any).
Angola Visa Application Form: One Visa application form and Declaration Form to be duly filled & signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter: Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of Angola, New Delhi.

Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Angola
Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number
Invitation Letter: An invitation Letter from Angolan host / Inviting Company in Portuguese language addressing to "EMBAIXADA DA REPÚBLICA DE ANGOLA, NOVA DELHI, INDIA" . The Invitation should mention that Invitee company will take responsibility of boarding, lodging (with Hotel's name, address, contact details) and the return of the applicant within the stipulated time period and before the expiry of visa. Please Note: Below mentioned documents should also be submitted along with invitation letter:
A Pink Colored Copy of latest D.A.R (Documento de Arrecadação de Receitas) printed on separate pages and has to be duly notarized by Angolan notary on the front page (D.A.R is a document confirming collection of income tax).
If invitee is an Indian national, his clear photo ID copy and National Id Card Copy/ Resident Card Copy/ Work permit card copy or Work visa copy should be duly attested by the Angola ministry.
Note: All documents are mandatory as per this above list. Make sure your application is complete. Incomplete applications result in visa refusal and delays in processing by the embassy consulate. The Embassy may ask for additional documents/personal presence while processing the Visa application/s. In certain cases embassy/consulate may take more processing time.
