Algeria

1. Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping.  Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any).

2. Algeria Visa Application Form: Two typed forms signed by the applicant. All columns must be filled, no column should be left blank . Kindly mention if any field if not relevant as NOT APPLICABLE  completely.

3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

4. Covering Letter: Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, New Delhi. Please Note: Covering-letter should be on letter head if applicant is self employed or on plain paper if employed.

5. In case if visiting family/Friend : Copy of the invitation letter from Algerian sponsor should be duly attested by Mayor in Algeria.  Please note that, after review of the application, Embassy might ask for original Invitation letter. 

6. Day to day schedule: Day to day schedule with dates.

8. Vaccination certificate copy with Passport number

9. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Algeria

10. Financials: Personal salary / bank account statement for last 6 months till date along with NOC letter from Indian company.

11. For Minors: Birth certificate copy is required in case is minor is travelling.

12. Marriage certificate: Marriage certificate copy is required. 

13. Proof of Accommodation: 

• Proof of Hotel / accommodation reservation from Algeria with contact number and address.

• Accommodation certificate duly certified by the local authorizes in Algeria.

5. Invitation letter: Copy of original invitation Letter from Algerian host / Inviting Company with the seal of CACI Algerian Chamber of Commerce. Please note that, after review of the application, Embassy might ask for original Invitation letter.

6. Recommendation Letter: Recommendation letter from recognized chamber of commerce in India (PHD chamber / CII / FICCI / ISO letter can also be produced).

9. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Algeria

10. Proof of Accommodation:

Please Note : If applicant is applying for Business visa for more than 30 days or his ticket shows the stay for more than 30 days then the applicant has to undergo Medical done by the Authorized Diagnostic Centres

5. Employment Authorization: An original employment authorization received from the Algerian Ministry of Labor.

8. Educational Certificate: Highest educational degree translated in French language & attested by MEA (Ministry of External Affairs) & then from Embassy. Please Note: For Degree Attestation, kindly contact Voyagers Destinations.

10. Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance covering the duration of the stay in Algeria
